Ring Resizing Policy

Because each ring at Natural Evolution Design is handmade to order, we understand that sometimes the size may not be quite right. We offer resizing options to help ensure the perfect fit.

Resizing Fee

If you need your ring resized, we charge $30 to remake the ring in a new size. This covers the cost of new materials and labor, as each piece is crafted from scratch.

How to Request a Resizing

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you need a different size. We’ll provide return instructions and details on how to proceed with your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to send the original ring back, as well as shipping for the resized replacement.

Important Notes

Because our rings are handcrafted and often made with natural materials, resizing requires creating a new ring rather than adjusting the existing one.

We recommend confirming your size with a local jeweler before placing your order to avoid resizing fees or delays.
