At Natural Evolution Design, each ring is handcrafted with care and precision. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for your item to be crafted before it ships. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Times

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS (or your selected shipping option at checkout).

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs processing.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal carrier once the package leaves our studio. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
