Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece from Natural Evolution Design is handmade to order, ensuring every ring is one-of-a-kind. Because of the custom nature of our work, we have a few simple guidelines for returns and exchanges:

🔹 Returns:

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unworn condition.

Once approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost after the item is received and inspected.

🔹 Exchanges / Resizing:

Because each ring is custom handmade, resizing requires creating a new ring from scratch.

Exchanges for a different size (larger or smaller) incur a 50% remake fee.

The original ring must be returned before the replacement is made.

Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items:

Custom designs, personalized engravings, or special-order materials cannot be returned or exchanged.
