Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves our studio, we can't be responsible for carrier delays or losses. If tracking shows delivered but it hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office.

We can't replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, so please double-check it.

Exchanges & resizing
A new ring, made from scratch
- Each ring is custom handmade, so resizing means crafting a new ring.
- Exchanges for a larger or smaller size carry a 50% remake fee.
- The original ring must be returned before the replacement is made.
- The buyer covers shipping both ways.

When will my ring ship?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 10–14 business days for it to be crafted before it ships. Processing can take slightly longer during busy periods and holidays.
How long does delivery take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. International orders vary by location and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees that apply in their country.
Can my ring be resized?
Because each ring is custom handmade, resizing means crafting a new ring from scratch. Size exchanges carry a 50% remake fee, the original ring must be returned first, and the buyer covers shipping both ways. The easiest way to avoid this is to check your size with our $10.00 ring sizer before ordering.
Can I return a custom or engraved ring?
No. Custom designs, personalized engravings and special-order materials can't be returned or exchanged.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
Please contact your local post office for help. Once a package leaves our studio, we can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
